Esta situaci\u00f3n <strong>nos ha llevado a una desvertebraci\u00f3n social, aumentando la desigualdad y la pobreza,<\/strong> as\u00ed como el <strong>deterioro de la vida democr\u00e1tica<\/strong>. Al mismo tiempo s<strong>e han superado los l\u00edmites de capacidad de los sistemas<\/strong> que sustentan la vida como la energ\u00eda, el clima, el suelo, los bosques o el agua.<\/p>\n<p>Vivimos, por ello, un momento de <strong>cambio de ciclo hist\u00f3rico<\/strong>, que nos obliga a repensar el futuro y generar verdaderas alternativas de sostenibilidad.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>Asociaci\u00f3n <em>Plataforma Valle del Ti\u00e9tar en Transici\u00f3n<\/em><\/strong> <strong>busca<\/strong> intervenir bajo este paradigma desde lo local, <strong>repensando el territorio donde vivimos<\/strong>. Nuestra motivaci\u00f3n es <strong>contribuir a la creaci\u00f3n de un nuevo modelo de desarrollo<\/strong> construido sobre la realidad del territorio del Valle, considerando que la Comarca constituye la escala territorial con suficiente capacidad de resiliencia para que estos esfuerzos de transformaci\u00f3n sean posibles y se sostengan en el tiempo.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, la <em>Plataforma<\/em> pretende enfocarse en los objetivos que se desarrollan a continuaci\u00f3n, a trav\u00e9s de labores de investigaci\u00f3n, programas educativos y de comunicaci\u00f3n, proyectos ejecutivos y colaboraci\u00f3n con los distintos agentes y organismos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Recuperar y cuidar los recursos naturales <\/strong>(aire, agua, suelo, biodiversidad) para garantizar un medio ambiente sano y bien conservado.<\/li>\n<li>Orientar la Comarca hacia una nueva forma de desarrollo que ponga en el centro la vida y la naturaleza, con <strong>una econom\u00eda autosuficiente,<\/strong> capaz de satisfacer por sus propios medios, o mediante recursos cercanos, las necesidades de todas las personas que lo habitan.<\/li>\n<li>Generar iniciativas encaminadas a la <strong>creaci\u00f3n de empleo estable y sostenible, repartido y retribuido de forma igualitaria.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Garantizar, en un <strong>nuevo equilibrio socio- territorial,<\/strong> el derecho a la salud, la educaci\u00f3n y el cuidado de las personas.<\/li>\n<li>Tender hacia la <strong>autosuficiencia alimentaria<\/strong> a trav\u00e9s de t\u00e9cnicas agr\u00edcolas y ganaderas respetuosas con el medio ambiente para producir alimentos de la m\u00e1xima calidad y fomentando el consumo de productos de proximidad.<\/li>\n<li>Aplicar los criterios de <strong>econom\u00eda circular y de bajo impacto ambiental,<\/strong> minimizando el consumo de recursos y tratando de cerrar el ciclo de producci\u00f3n y residuos generados.<\/li>\n<li>Promover la generaci\u00f3n de energ\u00edas renovables a trav\u00e9s de proyectos de <strong>producci\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica local y de reducci\u00f3n de su consumo<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Establecer <strong>modelos alternativos de movilidad sostenible<\/strong> que cubran las necesidades comarcales y mejoren la comunicaci\u00f3n entre los pueblos.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitar la creaci\u00f3n de un <strong>tejido social cohesionado <\/strong>que promueva actividades culturales y de ocio en la comarca, reforzando y construyendo redes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_divider _builder_version=\u00bb4.2.2&#8243;][\/et_pb_divider][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb4.2.2&#8243; header_2_font=\u00bbVerdana||||||||\u00bb header_2_text_color=\u00bb#398d73&#8243; header_2_font_size=\u00bb31px\u00bb custom_padding=\u00bb2px|||||\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Para realizar un cambio efectivo de esta envergadura que cale en la Comarca, desde la <\/span><em style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Plataforma Valle del Ti\u00e9tar en Transici\u00f3n<\/em><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"> se entiende que es fundamental <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 14px;\">implicar a los distintos agentes sociales <\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">(poblaci\u00f3n local y temporal, instituciones, expertos, asociaciones, cooperativas, empresas&#8230;), creando sinergias, uniendo la ilusi\u00f3n y el esfuerzo constante con los <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 14px;\">saberes populares y acad\u00e9micos<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">, las <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 14px;\">iniciativas ya existentes <\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">y las propuestas <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 14px;\">innovadoras<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Durante siglos las comunidades rurales, sus comarcas diversas, han desarrollado formas de vivir, y toda una <strong>cultura de utilizaci\u00f3n de los recursos disponibles,<\/strong> a partir del <strong>conocimiento pr\u00e1ctico e inteligente del medio natural inmediato<\/strong>. Un conocimiento que se ido acumulando y trasmitiendo generaci\u00f3n tras generaci\u00f3n, y que abarcaba desde la gesti\u00f3n del agua y los residuos, a la arquitectura, pasando por la silvicultura, la gesti\u00f3n forestal, la agricultura, la ganader\u00eda, etc.<\/p>\n<p>En este momento, tenemos el <strong>reto de saber identificar, reconocer y hacer revivir todo aquel patrimonio cultural, <\/strong>que es mucho m\u00e1s que un elemento de identidad colectiva e inter\u00e9s etnogr\u00e1fico. Todos esos conocimientos constituyen recursos propios, aut\u00f3ctonos, de los que estar orgullosos, y en los que encontrar inspiraci\u00f3n para afrontar dicha transici\u00f3n, que en buena medida tendr\u00e1 que desenvolverse como un desarrollo end\u00f3geno.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>La Plataforma Valle del Ti\u00e9tar en Transici\u00f3n invita a la participaci\u00f3n de aquellas personas que compartan estas inquietudes e ilusiones.
